What are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly driven and well-organized Accounting Assistant to support our growing finance team and play an important role in the day-to-day accounting and payroll needs of the business. You will assist with the further development of our systems, be involved in the monthly reporting and close processes alongside owning with the day-to-day transactional postings. Ultimately, you’ll help maintain our company’s financial health and make sure we use our resources beneficially.

What will you be doing?

• The initial responsibilities involve executing tasks such as:
• Prepare and own the daily accounting and reconciliations
• Assisting in the monthly, quarterly and year end closings
• Be responsible for preparing salary and payroll on a monthly basisSupport the business function in Sweden in different financial matters

What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Accounting/Finance/Economics or similar
• Experience in accounting/bookkeeping/payroll, can be part time during studies
• Highly organized with exceptional eye for details
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish
• Passionate about creating the best practices in accounting & payroll
• A team player with great collaboration skills
